The Alfred I. duPont Testamentary Trust's primary beneficiary, The Nemours Foundation, is a leading children's health care system promoting the highest standards of pediatric health care. Founded in 1940, Nemours has the following annual impact:
- Annually treats more than 200,000 children
- Employs more than 400 physicians, subspecialists and surgeons and 4,100 professionals and support staff in Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey, as well as Jacksonville, Orlando and Pensacola, Florida
- Provides millions in funding for community-based health education and prevention initiatives for children
